Die TV-Serie "Dark Angel" wurde von FOX am 17.05.2002 vorzeitig abgesetzte
und hatte deshalb ein für Fans inaktzeptables Ende. Denn durch das
abrupt Aus konnte die Storyline nicht abgeschlossen werden, so dass einfach
zu viele Fragen offen blieben. Da seit damals nun schon einige Jahre vergangen
sind, haben viele Fans die Hoffnung auf eine Rückkehr von "Dark Angel"
inzwischen aufgegeben. Trotzdem hegen sie insgeheim den Wunsch nach einem
würdigen Abschluss der Serie.
Das "Dark Angel Network" ist ein Zusammenschluss verschiedener Fan-Websites
mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel, eine Fortsetzung der TV-Serie "Dark Angel" in
Form einer dritten Staffel oder eines Film zu erwirken. Die Idee ist, dass
man mit vereinten Kräften viel mehr Fans weltweit erreichen und somit
mehr bewegen kann - getreu dem Motto "Gemeinsam sind wir stark". Mit Petitionen
und Aktionen wie dem "Barcodeday"
will das "Dark Angel Network" Aufmerksamkeit erregen und hofft, dass die
Verantwortlichen bei FOX irgendwann ein Einsehen haben werden und dem Wunsch
der Fans nachgeben.
Fans aus aller Welt sind bereits Mitglied im Forum
des "Dark Angel Network" und es werden ständig mehr. Dort kann man
sich nicht nur mit anderen Fans über "Dark Angel" austauschen und
diskutieren, sondern erfährt auch alles, was im Moment geplant ist
und woran gearbeitet wird. Jeder Fan kann dabei mithelfen und seinen Ideen
einbringen. Schon viele Fans haben uns auf ihre eigene Weise unterstützt.

The TV series
"Dark Angel" was canceled prematurely by FOX on May 17, 2002. Hence it
had no acceptable end for fans, because the story line was not finished
yet. Too many questions were simply left open. Some years went by since
then and many fans lost hope for a return of "Dark Angel". Nevertheless,
they are desirous of a valuable ending of the series.
The "Dark Angel Network" is a coalition of several fan websites striving
for the same goal to get a sequel of "Dark Angel" in form of a 3rd season
or a movie. Our idea is to reach more fans worldwide and to move something
with joined powers, according to the motto "together we are strong". The
"Dark Angel Network" want to attract attention due to petitions and protest
actions like the "Barcodeday".
We hope that this way FOX will understand someday and yield to the fan's
wish.
Fans from all over the world are already members of the forum
of the "Dark Angel Network", and it becomes more constantly. There you
can discuss with other fans and check out everything about what is planned
at the moment and what the network is working on. Every fan can help and
